Hi, I’m Jenn Dana — a strength coach, nutrition coach, and behavior change coach who believes health should add to your life, not take it over.

 

I help women step out of the exhausting cycle of dieting, starting over, and all-or-nothing thinking — and into a sustainable, faith-rooted approach to health that actually lasts. After years of coaching traditional macros and calories, I realized something important: most people don’t fail because they lack discipline. They struggle because no one ever taught them how to change their mindset, their habits, or their relationship with food and their bodies.

 

That’s where my coaching is different.

 

My work focuses on behavior change, autonomy, and intrinsic motivation — learning how to care for your body from a place of respect, not punishment. I believe food should fuel your life, movement should build confidence, and health should support your calling, not consume your thoughts.

 

Faith plays a central role in how I coach and live. I believe our bodies are a gift from God and that taking care of them is an act of stewardship — not shame. No one has ever hated their way to health, but when you learn to love and honor your body, everything begins to shift.

 

Whether we’re strength training, improving your mindset, or navigating nutrition, my goal is to help you build a lifestyle you don’t feel the need to escape from — one rooted in consistency, grace, and long-term growth.
